Attention Granada Hills school administrators and PTAs!!

Menchie's Granada Hills has offered to host and facilitate an art contest for your school. This turn-key program can include a fundraiser!

How does it work?

  • Your school signs up for a week-long display at Menchie's Granada Hills, located at the corner of Chatsworth and Zelzah Streets. The contest will take place from October 2025 - March 2026. Sign up early to secure your spot by emailing menchiesfundraisers@gmail.com
  • Determine a collection point at the school for the artwork.
  • Ensure the artwork has the child's name, school and grade listed on the back of the piece.
  • Rotary and Menchie's will work with you to transport the artwork to Menchie's.
  • The artwork will be displayed throughout Menchie's. There will be a voting box by the registers and all guests can vote. We will encourage only one vote per person.
  • At the end of the week, votes will be tallied and the winner will receive $100 Menchie's gift card.
  • Elementary schools will be divided into 2 groups – K-3 and 4-5, meaning two winners per school.
  • Middle and high schools will have one winner per school.
  • e-flyers promoting the event and fundraiser (if you choose) will be provided.

What type of art?

  • After the celebration, the art can be returned to the schools or students at their request.
